By accessing or using the BandBangla platform (bandbangla.com), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.
2. Educational & Conservatory Use
BandBangla grants you a non-exclusive, revocable license to access interactive sheet music, audio drills, and visualizer modules for personal study, individual practice, and accredited classroom/regimental band education. Commercial scraping, automated redistribution of our SVG visualizer algorithms, or mirror hosting without attribution is strictly prohibited.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
All proprietary source code, vector graphics, custom Tone.js synth profiles, and original editorial essays published on BandBangla are the intellectual property of BandBangla and its contributors. Standard public domain military marches and traditional Scottish piping tunes remain in the public domain.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
BandBangla is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. While we strive for absolute pitch precision and standard fingering accuracy, we do not warrant that interactive Web Audio features will run identically on outdated browsers or legacy hardware without modern Web Audio API standards.
